Why are the bristles falling out of my brand new brush?

This is perfectly normal. Bristles fall out of a brand new brushes for up to 2-3 weeks.

All DuragBox’s hairbrushes are overstuffed with extra bristles so that when they shed, this secures the base of the tuft. This results in a quality product and better pull for your hair.

Allow 1-2 weeks for the bristles to shed. If you wish to speed up this process, pass a comb or your fingers through the hairbrush to rake out the excess bristles.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Order delivery time depends on the shipping speed you select at checkout.
